More World Champions to watch out for in Brussels
Yaroslava Mahuchikh, Jakob Ingebrigtsen, Mary Moraa and Winfred Yavi won gold on the final day of the World Championships Athletics in Budapest. They will all be in Brussels on Friday Sep., 8 at the Allianz Memorial Van Damme. The Dutch Relay team, led by Femke Bol will also be on the track. So far 11 World Champions have already confirmed for the Brussels Diamond League meeting.

3 Pole Vault Medal winners and 6 finalists in Brussels
Mondo Duplantis is always an athlete to look forward to. Especiallly after he proved his excellent form in becoming the World Champion again and reaching out to the World record. All medal winners will be on the runway at the Allianz Memorial Van Damme, all-in all 6 finalists will be competing.
Will Jackson break 200m world record on new track?
Shericka Jackson stormed to the 200m Gold in the 200m in Budapest. With 21”41 she became the second fastest woman ever on the distance. Jackson came tentalisingly close to the fabulous World Record set by Florence Griffith-Joyner in 1988 (21”34). Can Shericka Jackson make history in the magical bend of the track in Brussels ?
World Championship Top 3 and 6 finalists of Women’s 400m Hurdles signed up
Femke Bol had already confirmed to compete at the Allianz Memorial Van Damme. The news is that 5 other World Championship finalists of the 400m Hurdles will be part of the action in two weeks time in Brussels.
Shericka Jackson, Elaine Thompson-Herah and Cynthia Bolingo to compete in Brussels
100m Silver Medalist at the World Championships Shericka Jackson is due to compete in the 200m at the Allianz Memorial Van Damme. Her compatriot Elaine Thompson-Herah was already confirmed on the startlist of the 100m. The Belgian crowd is looking forward to Cynthia Bolingo in the 400m.

23 athletes from Belgium to participate in Brussels
A large number of Belgian athletes that will appear at the upcoming World Championships will also be invited to participate at the Allianz Memorial Van Damme. The organisers selected 23 names that will obtain a place in one of the Wanda Diamond League events or in one of the Additional Events.

Bol and Broeders together at Allianz Memorial Van Damme, Tina Turner Tribute and lasershow closing act
Femke Bol is announced as another top of the bill athlete at the Allianz Memorial Van Damme. The 23 year old Dutch is the second fastest woman of all times at 400m Hurdles and will be in the battle with World Record Holder Sydney McLaughlin-Levrone. Pole Vaulter Ben Broeders, the partner of Femke Bol, is on the Pole Vault runway with his good friend Mondo Duplantis. A Tina Turner Tribute and a lasershow will be the closing acts of the 47th Allianz Memorial Van Damme.
