Bol dominated the 400m hurdles in this season’s Wanda Diamond League, winning all four events thus far and taking her Diamond League winning streak to 23 races. “On Saturday I would love to finish in style by winning the finale for the fourth year in a row,” she said after settling for bronze at the Paris Olympic Games, but claiming a 4x400m relay silver and a spectacular mixed relay gold.

“With the support of the fans it should be possible to do something nice on Saturday. “At the end of the season everyone is tired, but with such a fantastic crowd in Brussels you don’t even feel the fatigue.
