Don't Miss These Highlights on the Closing Night!

The 50th edition of the Allianz Memorial Van Damme also serves as the Wanda Diamond League Final. That means two evenings of world-class athletics, on both Friday and Saturday, at the King Baudouin Stadium. Here are some of the must-see moments from the closing night.

7:10 PM: Opening Ceremony

Just like on Friday, the evening will begin with a spectacular show, this time featuring a host of Belgian stars who have left their mark on the sport over the past five decades.

8:10 PM: Women’s High Jump

A blockbuster showdown between Yaroslava Mahuchikh and Australia’s star duo Nicola Olyslagers and Eleanor Patterson. Add Belgian favourites Nafi Thiam and Merel Maes to the mix, and the crowd will have plenty to cheer about.

9:10 PM: Women’s 100m Hurdles

Another clash at the highest level. Last week, Masai Russell snatched the world record from Tobi Amusan. Will Amusan strike back in Brussels?

9:39 PM: Women’s 800m

Every 800m and 1500m race inevitably brings back memories of Ivo Van Damme. The women’s 800m has delivered thrills all year long, with Audrey Werro and Femke Broeders-Bol once again set to take centre stage.

9:52 PM: Men’s 400m Hurdles

Just as in the women’s hurdles, a newly crowned world record holder lines up here. Can Alison dos Santos go even faster than he did last week in Zurich?

10:00 PM: Closing Ceremony

Helmut Lotti joins forces with lasers and a dazzling light show for a memorable finale. Sing along, soak it all in, and celebrate the grand conclusion of this special anniversary edition of the Allianz Memorial Van Damme.
