You really don’t want to miss this tonight!

An evening at the Allianz Memorial Van Damme is always an evening of stargazing. Be sure not to miss these stars tonight!

7 p.m. – Opening Ceremony
World record holder in the 110m hurdles Aries Merritt and Belgian steeplechase legend William Van Dijck will be inducted into the Hall of Fame this year during the opening ceremony. We will also be honouring retiring Olympic gymnastics Champion Nina Derwael.

7:17 p.m. – Men’s High Jump
Don’t take your eyes off this competition, not least for Olympic Champion Hamish Kerr and home jumper Thomas Carmoy.

7:44 p.m. – Turbo Sprint
Average Rob challenges his brother Arno the Kid and other European influencers in the 100m.

8:22 p.m. – Men’s 200m
Always an exciting event at the Memorial due to our “sharp bend”. This time featuring Christian Coleman and Joseph Fanbulleh and others.

8:45 p.m. – Women’s 100m
The fastest women in the world: Melissa Jefferson-Wooden, unbeatable this season, Sha’Carri Richardson, ever unpredictable, living legend Shelly-Ann Fraser-Pryce and our fastest women Rani Rosius and Delphine Nkansa.

8:51 p.m. – Women’s 5000m
Brace yourselves for an attack on the world record, because that’s what Agnes Jebet Ngetich has set out to do. The Belgian record could also be broken again: looking forward to the battle between Jana Van Lent and Elise Vanderelst!

9:26 p.m. – Women’s One Mile Steeplechase
If she doesn’t succeed in the 5000m, she almost certainly will in this event. Steeplechase queen Winfred Yavi wants to significantly improve the best time in this “up and coming” discipline.

9:30 p.m. – Women’s Pole Vault
Don’t miss the conclusion of the women’s pole vault competition featuring the battle between Katie Moon, Sandi Morris and Molly Caudery. And can Elien Vekemans break her Belgian record for the sixth time this year?

9:52 p.m. – 4×100 Mixed Relay
A great sporting finale to the evening: the always spectacular mixed 4x100m relays. How will the Belgians fare against the stiff international competition?

10 p.m. – Closing Show
The real finale goes to Sylver, who will perform their greatest dance hits, accompanied by a spectacular light and laser show.
