Paul De Winter from Wilrijk is the lucky winner. With a person he chooses, Paul can enjoy the the final of the 400 meters for men in the Olympic stadium or attend the Olympic mountain bike race for men in Hadleigh Farm, Essex. "I am delighted to have been drawn for the Olympic tickets," a very happy Paul said. "I just love sports and particularly athletics. I have been a loyal visitor to the Memorial since the very start and I'm proud to say that I have not missed a single of the previous 35 editions." "John Walker, Dwight Stones, Jacek Wzola, Alberto Juantorena and the first world by Sebastian Coe on the Mile in 1981 against a great Mike Boit are still vivid memories. To me, the Memorial the best sporting event of the year in Belgium." Paul also knows why. "It is an international top level meeting and there is this incredible atmosphere of fair play: the entire stadium supports all athletes. No fanaticism or favouritism.
