The Moroccon capital Rabat becomes a host city of the IAAF Diamond League. New York is leaving the prestigious global series of one-day athletics meetings. That was decided by the General Assembly of the IAAF Diamond League in Zürich.

The AG Insurance Memorial Van Damme organizes a contest for young artistic talents to design the official poster of its 40th edition. That visual will be used throughout the global communication campaign of the meeting.

AG Insurance Youth Memorial Van Damme

For the third year in a row AB Insurance is the title partner of the Youth Memorial. AG Insurance offers young talented athletes the opportunity to compete in the King Baudouin Stadium, only a few hours before their idols make their appearance in the Diamond League Final.

The Brussels 10K

Do you want to taste how it feels to be on the start of a running event carrying the official AG Insurance Memorial Van Damme BIB ? Than get ready for the Brussels 10K on Sunday Apr. 24th . At the first edition of this event no less than 4500 participants showed up.

Smurf around the world

At the occasion of the 40th anniversary of the AG Insurance Memorial Van Damme the AG Smurf will be travelling around the world. The AG Smurf is the official mascot of the meeting.

Mobile Expo

To promote the 40th edition of the AG Insurance Memorial Van Damme and in honor of the late Ivo Van Damme a travelling exhibition or Mobile Expo will be set up. It can be visited in the cities that participate in the Urban Memorial.
