This seminar takes a closer look at the role and importance of female coaches in the guidance of top athletes. With a.o. Tonja Buford-Bailey, coach of Gabby Thomas who won silver in the 200m at the World Championships in Budapest and Carole Bam, coach of Cynthia Bolingo.
