Gianmarco Tamberi is well known for his enthusiastic celebrations after winning the High Jump \u2026 and he has already a number of great wins under his belly. Less than a week ago he secured a fourth European title in Birmingham, the third in a row. Tamberi is also the 2021 Olympic Champion from Tokyo and the Gold Medal winner at the World Championships in Budapest in 2023. He is a three times winner of the Diamond League Final, his last win was in Brussels two years ago. On Sep.,4th the 34 year old Italian can crown himself as the High Jump Diamond League Champion for the 4th time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Masai Russell is highly favoured to win the 100m Hurdles Diamond League Final on Sep.,5th. The 28 year old American still remains unbeaten this year. The Olympic Champion was the best at the Diamond Leagie meetings in Shaoxing, Xiamen, Eugene and Monaco. With a 12\u201d14 effort in Xiamen she just missed out the World Record by a mere 2 hundredths of a second. Tobi Amusan, who holds the World Record in the event will also be in the starting blocks at the Allianz Memorial Van Damme. She clocked a seasonal best of 12\u201d28.
